Dwayne founded Long Island Divorce Mediation Center, Inc., with the mission to assist couples in resolving marital issues privately and cost effectively in an environment that facilitates mutual respect and cooperation.

Mr. Wagner has represented individuals and business owners of Long Island for the past 16 years. Beginning his career at a 70 attorney prominent corporate law firm, Dwayne was later was named General Counsel to a manufacturing firm based in Islandia, New York. In 2002, Mr. Wagner founded his own law firm. In 2007, he moved his law offices into a building he renovated located at 135 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, New York. Dwayne has represented individuals and business owners of Long Island for the past 16 years with the hallmark of his practice being the personal relationship of trust and confidence he maintains with all of his clients.

Dwayne is an East End real estate developer who renovated the property his offices are located in at 135 Main Street Westhampton Beach New York, a multi-tenanted 11,000 sq./ft building located on Main Street in Westhampton Beach. He has drafted real estate syndication and joint venture documentation for other real estate investors participating in the East End real estate market.

Dwayne is very active in the East Endís not for profit community. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Peconic Community Counsel d/b/a Maureenís Haven which provides homeless shelter utilizing a network of more than fifteen houses of worship on the East End of Long Island. He is a former officer of the Board of Directors of the East Quogue Chamber of Commerce. For the past two years Mr. Wagner has served on the Board of Directors of the Westhampton Beach Chamber of Commerce and is currently its President. Dwayne lives in East Quogue and is a proud father of 2 beautiful & outstanding daughters.
